Replacing electric stoves

Due to rising electricity prices, there is a trend to replace the electric stove with a gas one. Installing a gas stove instead of an electric one refers to the re-equipment of VKGO.

This type of work requires mandatory approval from the Management Company, residents of the building, BTI, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations . The difficulty of reinstallation is due to the fact that a gas stove is strictly metered equipment. It is included in the BTI plan and registered in the technical passport of the housing.

Step-by-step instructions for replacing a gas stove with an electric one:

  • Submitting an application to the Housing Office.
  • Obtaining permission to reinstall the stove.
  • Coordination with the gas service for the installation of the stove and related equipment, connection to the gasification system.
