Important! Any complaint must be substantiated. For example, if you report extortion of a bribe, this fact must be recorded. A complaint about inaction must be accompanied by documents confirming the circumstances described.
Also, the President will not be able to complain about a court decision, since a special procedure has been established for appealing court decisions to higher courts.

Deadlines for consideration of complaints

Terms and procedure for consideration
According to the Law on the Procedure for Consideration of Appeals, the period for consideration of a complaint is 30 days from the date of its registration.
In exceptional cases, when it is necessary to verify additional facts regarding the complaint, this period may be extended by another 30 days with mandatory notification to the applicant. Registration is carried out within 3 calendar days.
After this period, the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation is obliged to send a response to the complaint to the applicant.
You need to understand that the President of the Russian Federation himself, and even officials of his Administration, to whom complaints can be addressed, do not personally read them.
